I wasn't always in great shape. Being a registered nurse, traveling the country for work, and feeling drained and exhausted took a toll on me. One day I decided to turn things around. I became relentless in pursuit of my goals and dreams. I never lost sight! That's what I want for you!!! I now compete in fitness shows, have earned many placings as well as my pro card. I've gained the knowledge and expertise over the years needed in order to now help others. If you're ready to gain back your confidence, take control of your life, your body, and your mind, lose weight and get into the best shape of your life, you're right where I once was. My program: My program consists of HIGH INTENSITY workouts as well as nutrition plans to aid in fat loss and muscle building. As we work together, I will make revisions accordingly throughout the plan!
