My coaching will get you the hot F'N body you're looking for without starving yourself or spending hours in the gym. This program is designed specifically for women so you can shred fat and tone. As you lose body fat, we focus heavily on the legs, specifically the booty. This is NOT a coaching program for men, this is specific to women who want to look HOT ASF.
