Rhodri is an experienced trainer with a genuine passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. Since achieving a Distinction ND in Sports Science in 2002 he has gone on to study and practice a diverse range of fitness based disciplines; everything from traditional Gym Based Resistance Training to Calisthenics and Animal Flow. His enthusiasm keeps him up to date with the latest and most effective training methods and dietary practices available. For the last 8 years he has focused primarily on one-to-one gym based training, but has recently made the move to specialize more in outdoor fitness. His diverse knowledge enables him to cater to a wide variety of client’s requirements, whatever their training goals.
