FNF will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe program of exercise to achieve the competitor’s goals. This will take into account: the client's age, health, lifestyle, background, occupation and fitness levels.
FNF will seek to educate, motivate and inspire each competitor to reach these goals.
FNF will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support (online) that the competitor/s will need to help them achieve their goals.
FNF cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
2: Client obligations
If training is 1 on 1, be on time so that a full session can be achieved on each visit. Arrive 10 minutes early to warm up.
If training is online then you are required to check in every two weeks.
Commit to the program 100% in order to achieve results.
Provide all information needed to achieve goals (e.g., food diary).
All competitor’s and personal training clients must complete the agreement and PAR-Q before commencing any exercise program.
TFN may require a letter of 'medical clearance' from your doctor depending on your health status.
3: Session cancellation policy
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments. Notice of less that 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.
4: Re-arranging a session
At least 24 hours notice is required to re-arrange a session; this can only be done if the trainer has the availability you need. If I am unavailable to re-arrange, the session would either need to be kept or be cancelled.
5: Lateness policy
If competitor/client is late for a session, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. If I am late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions. If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment may be forfeited.
6: Long term absences - injury, illness, pregnancy & other
Will be dealt with fairly and on an individual basis. Sessions can be used when you are well and able to do so again. If you are unable to return to the original or an amended version of the training program after an agreed period of time (6 months or more) the sessions may be transferred to another suitable person (no refunds). 7: Contract cancellation & refunds policy
No refunds. Once the packages are bought you will either use them, or give sessions to someone.
8: Registration and password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you will be responsible for all usage of your user account and/or user name, whether authorized or not authorized by you.
