This policy lasts 7 days and only covers damaged or faulty products. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase there will not be a refund, return, or exchange of said product. Any item that the purchaser no longer wants is eligible for a refund so long that it is unopened and sealed. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping fee back to me.

Questionnaire and release forms are required to begin our programs. Once you begin receiving my programs, there will be no refund.
